Unfortunately, this doesn’t happen on its own. Discrimination and other forms of inappropriate behavior are part of everyday life in society, and we can’t simply leave them at the entrance pagoda. Achieving this utopia requires awareness, practice, and active engagement. Until we reach that utopia:
The Awareness Team offers support to people who have experienced discrimination or (sexualized) violence.
The trained Awareness Team operates with strict confidentiality, is available 24 hours a day, and does exactly what you need.

We work according to the fundamental principles of the right to self-definition and solidarity with those affected. More: Awareness Concept
Transparency: As a team, we do not have personal experience with all forms of discrimination. To date, the Awareness Team is predominantly white, cisgender, academically educated, able-bodied, and native German speakers. Because of these backgrounds, we are particularly well-versed in issues related to sexism and sexualized violence. We do our utmost to handle all other topics as sensitively as possible. Discrimination is intersectional.
