The continuous rain of the last few days and weeks has made our preparations much more difficult. We are working at full speed to ensure that everyone has a pleasant journey and a wonderful festival. We expect the weather to finally improve in the coming days and the meadows to dry out. Nevertheless, rubber boots should not be missing in your luggage!

Please only arrive from today, Thursday, 2 pm!
This will make it easier for us to make the final preparations for the site and the parking and camping area. It will also give the campsite some time to dry out.

To all those with motorized vehicles: check where the towing eyes are located on your cars/WoMos and have them ready to hand when you arrive! Please also check where the respective attachment point is on your car.

If possible, use public transportation & our bus shuttle to get there.
Public transport: from Bayreuth directly to us in Wadendorf(bus timetable Bayreuth - Hollfeld), or from Bamberg via Hollfeld to Wadendorf(bus timetable Bamberg - Hollfeld, then bus timetable Hollfeld - Bayreuth).

Caravan camping: if you have bought a caravan ticket, you will also be able to stand on the campsite! Unfortunately, however, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to camp with your friends in tents. The parking rows for camper vans are along the gravel path in designated bays. Please follow the instructions of the stewards.

Parking & camping tickets: Parking tickets can be purchased on site. WOMO tickets are sold out. If you still arrive with your camper, you will be parked in the normal parking lot.

No matter whether you are fit to drive, have a license or no license - there are many ways to get to Franconian Switzerland!
Arrival and departure times
You can arrive from Thursday morning (3.8.) at 2 pm, only then will the camping & parking lot open. The last person will be swept off the campsite on Monday evening (7.8.) at 6 pm.
Start & end of the Klangtherapie
The music program starts on Thursday at 7 pm and runs continuously until Monday morning at 6 am. The workshop program starts on Friday at 9 am and runs until Sunday at 5:30 pm.

Arrival with the shuttle bus
We will pick you up at one of our shuttle stations in Bamberg, Bayreuth or Nuremberg! The tickets are super-affordable to make a sustainable journey even more attractive for you.
Please bring your order confirmation to the bus as proof of purchase (no tickets will be sent) and present it to the driver!
If you would like to return home at a different time to the one we offer, you can join together in groups of 9 for one destination each; you will receive information on site at the info container.

Parking
If you arrive with a motorized vehicle, you will need a parking ticket.
If you are coming to us by car, please look for a bay on the side street to unload your luggage - please do not stand on the street.
Camper tickets
... are unfortunately sold out! This means that you are not allowed to stand on the normal campsite with your campervan, motorhome or sleeping car without a motorhome ticket. Of course you can still arrive, but you will be parked on an alternative pitch. It has not yet been decided where this will be. The ticket for alternative pitches costs €15. You can camp there in rows of parking spaces. Tents are not permitted on this alternative site.
