Limitations of liability
a. The Klangtherapie Festival is an open air event. Entering the venue is always at your own risk.
b. There is a risk of damage to hearing and health at rock and electro concerts due to the volume. The organizer assumes no liability whatsoever, but advises against attending the event if there are any concerns. The use of adequate hearing protection is recommended.
c. The organizer is not liable for lost, broken or stolen items during the event.
d. If the organizer's liability is excluded or limited on the basis of the above clauses, this also applies to its employees.
Sound and film recordings
The owner of the festival ribbon consents, without remuneration by the organizer, to the creation, reproduction, broadcasting or use in audiovisual media of images of the holder during the event. This consent is unlimited in terms of time and space. This means that we film the festival and you may also be in it. We will use the material to create a festival video or a trailer. You may raise an objection to the use of your image material.
Safety
The house rules of the respective event location and the instructions of the security staff must be observed. Entering the stage area and climbing barriers is prohibited. In the event of non-compliance, the organizer may order an expulsion from the venue. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission for good cause.
It is prohibited to bring drinks, tape recorders, professional film and video cameras and bulky objects onto the festival site. Animals, music systems, pyrotechnic objects, flares, weapons and similar dangerous objects are also prohibited on the entire site (festival site and campsite). The security service will carry out bag checks at the entrance to the festival site and is also authorized to carry out body searches in case of doubt.
